What we do
Whole-house removals, apartment moves, man-and-van work, packing at whatever level you want it, careful handling for antiques and art, containerised storage, and removals from Northwood to France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Why such a small patch
Because HA6 rewards knowing it. Which roads are private and whose rules apply on them. Which drives will take a full-size vehicle and which need a shuttle. Which blocks want a week's notice for a lift booking. What an interwar staircase does to a three-seater.
None of that is learnable from a map, and a firm covering half of north-west London does not have it. It shows up as a quote that changes on the day.
How we work
Survey in person for anything larger than an apartment — these houses do not photograph honestly, and the cellar, the loft and the garage are exactly what a video call misses. Then a written figure with what it covers and what would change it.
On the day: protection down at both properties first, crews sized by the house rather than the bedroom count, and nothing rushed. We put the beds back up before we leave.
Discretion
It comes up often enough here to be worth stating. If you would rather the move were not conducted in full view of the road, say so — vehicles kept off the frontage, crews working to a side entrance, nothing left standing on a drive. It is a normal request and an easy one to plan around.
What we do not do
Asbestos. It needs a licensed contractor, and in garage and outbuilding roofs of this age it does appear.
Grand pianos on an external route. Uprights yes; a grand, or anything coming out through a window, goes to a piano specialist where that is the honest answer.
Watford, Pinner and Ruislip. Neighbouring districts with their own firms in this network who know those streets better than we do. Ask and we will point you at the right one rather than stretch.
